Shanghai hosted two major exhibitions at once - SIAL CHINA and Bakery China. Oil and Fat Division of EFKO Group of Companies presented its products in the Pacific region.
SIAL CHINA is one of the most powerful food exhibitions in Asia. This year it was held from 18 to 20 May. More than 4 thousand companies from all over the world represent their products, over 150 thousand visitors gathered at the site.
Bakery China is the premier event for confectioners and bakers in the region. The exhibition was held from 22 to 25 May: 30 countries and more than 2,000 exhibitors.

Our technologists held joint master classes on the production of bakery products with representatives of one of the largest Chinese companies - Angel Yeast. We prepared puff croissants on Ecoslice 1703-41 margarine, shortbread cookies on Ecouniversal 1203-32 margarine, stollen on Ecouniversal 1203-32 and other products.
Angel Yeast has been developing and mass-producing yeast and its derivatives for more than 30 years, and is one of the three world leaders in the industry. The company's products are known in more than 150 countries and regions around the world.

This product is in demand in the Chinese market among confectionery enterprises and, we believe, will be promising in the assortment of our line.”
The second step is the introduction of complex specialized fats and equivalents at Chinese confectionery companies and the creation of joint production in East Asia.
